General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop last1outlet.com from Seyedeh Mahnaz Payandeh, Rahel-Varnhagen-Weg 38, 21035 Hamburg (hereinafter "Seller").

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking "Buy Now", you place a binding order. Confirmation of receipt of your order by email does not yet constitute acceptance. The purchase contract is concluded upon shipment of the goods or a separate order confirmation.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax. Additional shipping costs will be clearly indicated during the order process.

4. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop. The invoice amount is due immediately.

5. Delivery

Delivery time is generally 3–7 business days within Germany, unless otherwise specified. For deliveries abroad, longer delivery times may apply.

6. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Please refer to our Withdrawal Policy for the exact conditions.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period is two years from the delivery of the goods.

8. Liability

The Seller is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health, as well as for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. Otherwise, liability is excluded.

9. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
